INSight Partners is seeking a Benefits Client Manager in the Lincoln/Omaha metro area. You will serve as the primary client contact for a book of benefits clients, guiding renewals, enrollment, and ongoing administration with support from carrier partners and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, renewal strategy, and process improvements in a growing Benefits department, including cross-functional collaboration and service excellence.

Formación

• Experience in group benefits and client service.
• Knowledge of individual medical, ACA Marketplace, Medicare is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain client relationships as primary contacts.
• Manage renewals, enrollment, quotes, and claims support.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and client communications.
• Support compliance with ACA, ERISA, and other regulations.
• Serve as liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and cross-selling.
