Job summary

The Partners Group in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team. You will manage an assigned portfolio of employee benefits clients, coordinating renewal strategy, plan implementations, and carrier relationships to deliver proactive guidance and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong benefits knowledge, compliance experience, and a proven client-service mindset, with hybrid in-office and remote work options to support collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of employee benefits, insurance, or related industry experience
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organization, prioritization, and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of employee benefits clients
• Lead annual renewal planning and execution
• Coordinate benefit plan implementations and service activities
• Advise clients on benefits programs and compliance matters
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and communications
• Partner with carriers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
