Job summary

The Partners Group in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to serve as a trusted resource for a portfolio of employee benefits clients. You will coordinate renewal strategy, plan implementations, carrier relationships, and ongoing client service activities to maximize program value and ensure a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years in employee benefits with strong knowledge of compliance, excellent organization, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of employee benefits or related industry experience.
• Active Life & Health insurance producer license.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organization and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of employee benefits clients.
• Lead annual renewal planning and execution.
• Coordinate benefit plan implementations and service activities.
• Advise clients on benefits programs and compliance matters.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and communications.
• Partner with carriers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
