Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Benefits Coordinator with ADP experience for our client in North Phoenix, AZ. This contract-to-hire position handles benefits programs and billing coordination.

You will administer health insurance and retirement plans, assist with enrollment, review billing data, and work with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate has an associate degree and proven billing/benefits experience, strong Excel and confidentiality, and comfort navigating

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in billing and benefits coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of billing procedures and insurance benefits administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience with ADP systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to manage benefits plans and resolve any issues.
• Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits policies to new employees.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits.
• Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
• Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure proper accounting of billed amounts.
• Generate regular billing reports and summaries for management.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Stay informed about changes in billing and benefits regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure cohesive administration of benefits and billing processes.
