Job summary

ADP in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Benefit Services Specialist to act as the primary contact for TotalSource health and welfare plan administration. You will guide clients and internal partners through enrollments, eligibility, and policy updates to ensure accurate benefits delivery.

This role emphasizes service excellence, data accuracy, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with HRBPs, carriers, and vendors. 2+ years in customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in employee benefits or HR administration.
• Familiarity with health and welfare benefit programs is a plus.
• Strong data accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, manage and govern a variety of benefit plans day-to-day.
• Coordinate enrollments, audits, and data integrity across TotalSource systems.
• Provide tier 2 client and internal partner service support and guidance on benefit policies.
• Mentor and train junior service associates and coordinate training activities.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
