Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a renewal analyst to partner with the account team in processing renewals, analyzing marketing events, and preparing financial summaries for fully-insured and self-funded accounts. You will perform provider network and carrier utilization analyses to identify cost drivers and support plan design decisions.

The role requires attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple renewal projects while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One (1) or more years related work experience
• Valid insurance license (or must be obtained within ninety (90) days of employment)
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
• Basic knowledge of compliance topics (HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, Medicare).
• Basic knowledge of programs (know of existence and how to get a quote).

• Initiates recurring renewal projects on assigned accounts; gathers, reviews and validates information for renewal analysis and marketing purposes.
• Evaluates carrier utilization reporting to identify cost drivers and recommend plan design changes.
• Coordinates renewal challenges (underwriting) and assists in marketing.
• Creates new financial reporting packages as needed.
• Conducts provider network comparison analysis and access disruption analysis.
• Presents renewal summaries and marketing results to the account team and helps develop negotiation strategy.
