Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Related work experience preferred.
• Valid insurance license (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment).
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, reviews and validates information for renewal analysis and marketing.
• Coordinates with account team to understand renewal strategy and roles.
• Prepares initial financial summary and benefit highlights with carriers.
• Presents marketing results and plan options to account team and negotiates strategy.
• Updates financial summaries and renewal documentation after final negotiation.
