Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Renewal Analyst to support account teams with renewals for fully-insured and self-funded programs. You will perform marketing analyses, prepare financial summaries, and provide technical support across client accounts in Houston.

The role requires gathering data, reviewing carrier utilization, and coordinating with underwriters and vendors to develop plan options and negotiation strategies. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business or mathematics background preferred.
• 1+ year related work experience.
• Valid insurance license or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Continuing Education requirements for license renewal must be met.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, Medicare basics.

Mansioni

• Initiates renewal projects: gathers, reviews and validates client information for renewal analysis and marketing.
• Evaluates carrier utilization reports to identify cost drivers and suggest plan design changes.
• Coordinates renewal challenges with underwriting.
• Creates new financial reporting packages from templates as needed.
• Conducts provider network comparison/analyis (access disruption).
• Coordinates with account team to define renewal strategy and deadlines.
• Collaborates with carriers and vendors to obtain renewals and prepares initial financial summaries.
• Presents renewal results to account team to determine plan options and marketing strategy.
• Executes plan option requests, marketing projects and analyses to meet account objectives.
• Reviews marketing responses for accuracy and requests clarifications when needed.
• Performs ongoing client maintenance projects and ensures data integrity in the agency system.
