Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks a Renewal Analyst to support the account team in processing renewals, conducting marketing, and preparing financial summaries. You will provide technical support and contribute to renewal strategy with carriers and vendors.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, with a license or progress toward one, and a focus on customer service. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in a dynamic firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Related work experience preferred.
• Valid insurance license (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment).
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, reviews and validates all information related to assigned clients for renewal analysis and marketing.
• Coordinates with account team to understand strategy for client renewal and define roles and responsibilities.
• Revisits as needed throughout the renewal development process.
• Understands and clarifies renewal project action items, including deadlines.
• Collaborates with carriers and vendors to obtain preliminary and firm renewals and prepares initial financial summary.
