Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a renewal-focused professional to join our account team in San Diego. You will process renewals, analyze marketing options, and prepare financial summaries to support client strategies.

The role requires collaboration with carriers and vendors, presenting results to the team, and ensuring accurate documentation. A bachelor’s degree and an active or soon-to-be insurance license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid insurance license (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment).
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, reviews and validates information related to assigned clients for renewal analysis and marketing purposes, gaining familiarity with client details and history.
• Coordinates with account team to understand renewal strategy and define roles.
• Revisits during renewal development process.
• Clarifies renewal project action items and deadlines.
• Collaborates with carriers and vendors to obtain preliminary or firm renewals and prepares financial summaries and benefit highlights.
• Presents renewal summaries to determine plan options and marketing strategy.
• Executes plan option requests, marketing projects and analysis to meet objectives.
• Reviews marketing results and plan options for accuracy and revisions.
• Presents final results to account team and develops renewal presentation materials.
• Updates financial summaries and comparisons with final negotiation results.
• Completes renewal closure duties and final sold documentation.
• Handles ongoing client maintenance projects as determined by the team.
