Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a renewal analyst to work with the account team on processing renewals, conducting and analyzing marketing, and preparing financial summaries. This role provides technical support for assigned accounts and supports renewal strategy execution.

The candidate will gather client information, coordinate with carriers, develop plan options, and present final renewal results to the account team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid insurance license (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment).
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers and validates information for renewal analysis and marketing.
• Coordinates renewal strategy with account team and defines roles.
• Presents marketing results and plan options to account team and negotiates strategy.
• Updates financial summaries and benefit highlights with final negotiation results.
• Completes renewal closure duties and prepared documentation.
