Job summary

RightClick is seeking a Senior Health Benefits Analyst to design, administer, and analyze domestic employee health benefits programs while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. The role is hybrid and based in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of U.S. benefits administration experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Oracle/ADP platforms, plus a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master’s or CEBS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CEBS certification a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with benefits administration platforms (e.g., Oracle, ADP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, vendor management, renewals, and contract negotiations for U.S. medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
• Manage the Workers' Compensation program for U.S. staff, including workplace safety.
• Support fiduciary responsibilities and administration of the 401(k) and Profit Sharing programs.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
• Conduct benchmarking and analyze utilization data to identify trends and propose plan enhancements.
• Lead benefits initiatives, including open enrollment, new hire enrollments, and employee wellness programs.
