Benefits Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for a Benefits Analyst at a global asset management company based in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of human resources experience.

This is a temporary role (est. 3+ months with an opportunity for extension) and will pay between $27.00-$32.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

On-site 4 days per week.

Starts October 27th, 2026.

• Support benefits administration (retirement plan, healthcare, dental, insurance, etc.)
• Assist with benefit plan administration
• Main contact for general benefit questions and inquiries
