Job summary

Eataly seeks a Temporary HR Analyst, Benefits to support the administration of employee benefit programs across all Eataly North America locations. You will handle benefits tracking, enrollment processes, and employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Reporting to the Director, Benefits, you will coordinate with internal teams and benefit vendors, assist with open enrollment, and support leave programs and data reporting to maintain an excellent

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in benefits administration or HR.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, motivation, and team-building abilities.
• Extensive understanding of federal/state employee benefit regulations (ERISA, HIPAA).
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce software is preferred.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs (401(k), health, life, and voluntary insurance).
• Assist with annual open enrollment communications materials and enrollment support.
• Provide employees with information and guidance on benefits and related policies.
• Help resolve enrollment questions by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Support wellness programs and employee perks administration and tracking.
• Assist with benefits-related reporting, audits, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance and external vendors to ensure timely benefit transactions.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation in systems and vendor platforms.
