Eataly Chicago is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, policy interpretation, performance management, employee relations and terminations. Reports to the Human Resources Business Partner.
The role collaborates with the HRBP to drive staffing, onboarding, training, investigations, coaching, benefits, and compliance with federal/state laws. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years HR experience in retail/hospitality are required; Spanish is a plus.
