Eataly USA is looking for a senior IT Specialist to evaluate and implement IT strategy across our stores and Corporate office in the United States. The role reports to the Director of IT and operates with autonomy to support diverse IT needs.
You will lead projects, develop procedures, and advise management on IT infrastructure while ensuring smooth operations at multiple locations including new store openings and POS systems.

As a senior member of Eataly’s Information Technology (IT) team, the IT Specialist is primarily responsible for evaluating and implementing IT strategy and solutions for several Eataly USA locations (stores and Corporate office), and for providing advice to upper-level management about Eataly’s IT needs and structure. The IT Specialist reports to the Director of IT, but works autonomously, without specific directions from senior managers and without immediate supervision.
Compensation: Pay range is set from $24 - $30 an hour.
