Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking an HR Analyst, Benefits (Temporary) to support benefits administration across all locations. The role involves processing enrollment changes, guiding employees, and coordinating with benefit vendors to ensure accurate records and timely communications.

The position requires 2+ years in benefits or HR, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of federal/state regulations. Reports to the Director, Benefits and supports wellness programs and total rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in benefits administration or HR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA and federal/state regulations.
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs (401(k), health, life, and voluntary plans).
• Assist with annual open enrollment: communications, sessions, enrollment support, vendor changes.
• Provide employees with information and guidance on benefits and leave programs.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance and vendors to ensure timely processing of benefits transactions.
• Assist with benefits-related reporting, audits, and data analysis.
