Eataly North America is seeking an HR Analyst, Benefits (Temporary) to support benefits administration across all locations. The role involves processing enrollment changes, guiding employees, and coordinating with benefit vendors to ensure accurate records and timely communications.
The position requires 2+ years in benefits or HR, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of federal/state regulations. Reports to the Director, Benefits and supports wellness programs and total rewards initiatives.

The Temporary HR Analyst, Benefits supports the administration and day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs across all Eataly North America locations. The Analyst, Benefits is responsible for accurate and timely benefits tracking, processing, employee support, and coordination with internal teams and external benefit vendors. This role assists with benefits communications, enrollment activities, reporting, and leave administration while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Reports to: Director, Benefits
Compensation Range: $30 - $35 Hourly
