Qualifications

• 1–3 years of U.S. benefits administration experience.
• Experience with billing/invoicing and leave/disability.
• Foundational knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Administer health & welfare plans for 7,000+ teammates.
• Run billing audits, reconcile invoices, and monitor HRIS feeds.
• Coordinate leave and disability case administration.
