  • Maintain billing calendars, documentation, and approvals; prepare accrual inputs and basic variance reports for Finance.
Leave & Disability Administration
  • Coordinate intake and eligibility confirmations for FMLA, state PFML, disability, and ADA with vendors and People Partners; track milestones and return‑to‑work.
  • Align leave status with payroll/timekeeping and benefits eligibility; elevate complex cases to the Sr. Analyst/Manager.
  • Support Annual Enrollment configuration testing (test scripts, UAT evidence), communications logistics, and post‑OE cleanup.
  • Process life events and corrections; resolve teammate inquiries on coverage/claims and COBRA with accuracy and empathy.
Vendor, Contract & Governance Support
  • Prepare vendor meeting notes, SLA/guarantee evidence, and action logs; maintain artifacts in shared repositories.
  • Assist with document hygiene for contracts/SOWs and security questionnaires under Sr. Analyst/Manager direction.

  • Protect PHI and follow APi data‑security standards.
Basic Requirements

  • 1–3 years of U.S. benefits administration experience with hands‑on billing/invoicing and leave/disability exposure in a multi‑state environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots); comfort with HRIS/BenAdmin platforms and basic reporting.
  • Service‑oriented, detail‑driven, and organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
