Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, a senior living provider in the Midwest, seeks a Benefits Analyst to oversee health, welfare, and retirement programs. You will audit plans, reconcile invoices, and ensure accurate deductions while collaborating with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams.

In this role you’ll monitor data integrity, generate performance metrics, and support regulatory compliance under ERISA and related laws. The position emphasizes process improvement and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of benefits administration experience.
• Certifications such as CBP/CEBS/SHRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers health and welfare and retirement plans to ensure compliance.
• Audit benefit plans and reconcile vendor invoices and payroll deductions.
• Maintain data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and benefit systems.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and vendors on benefit initiatives.
• Support ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA and other regulations.
