Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Benefits Analyst to provide administrative support for Health and Welfare Benefit Programs. You will handle daily benefit setup, Open Enrollment configurations, and billing reconciliations, leveraging advanced Excel skills to ensure accurate contributions.

You will educate field teams, maintain benefits documentation, and collaborate across departments to report imputed income for Domestic Partner benefits, aligning with company policies and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years in benefits, HR, or analytics.
• High School diploma with 5+ years in benefits, HR, or analytics.
• Minimum 1 year of benefits or HR analytics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and internet navigation.
• Strong ethics, integrity and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and track daily benefit setup and pricing for group health and welfare plans.
• Support Open Enrollment setup and configuration for medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and FSA.
• Billings and reconciliations with carriers; use advanced Excel features to identify discrepancies.
• Monitor billing/pricing issues and resolve to ensure accurate client/employee contributions.
• Serve as SME and main contact for complex benefits pricing inquiries with strong customer service.
• Educate and train field operators on benefits processes and maintain related documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to report monthly imputed income for Domestic Partner benefits.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/HR
