Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Global Benefits, with proven UK benefits administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer global benefits programs, including UK, EMEA, and US plans.
• Manage the administration of pensions, medical/life insurance, and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with US & UK legislation and maintain accurate documentation.
• Liaise with brokers and vendors to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Reconcile benefits invoices and support budgeting.
