Job summary

Aon Corporation in Berkeley Heights, NJ, is seeking a Health Solutions Consultant for a hybrid role that supports client service delivery and project execution. You will partner with Account Executives to deliver health and welfare benefits strategies and act as the primary client contact on key assignments.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in group health and benefits, strong PM and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in the group health and benefits industry with a strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered to clients.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience with Data Management, Meeting Facilitation, Project Management, Risk Management, Solutions Design, Benefits Administration, Workforce Strategy, Consulting, Customer Engagement, CRM, and Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Consultant on client assignments and/or act as Lead Consultant and manage project delivery.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact of clients with Account Executive oversight.
• Collaborate with Account Executive to execute strategy and special projects.
• Include analysis, drafting client presentations, and participation in client meetings.
• Identify client needs for other services and coordinate delivery.
• Partner with actuarial and broking teams to prepare and deliver relevant analysis.
• Own vendor management and plan document review.
• Coach and guide junior staff.
