Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join the HR team of a leading global architecture firm in New York City. You will support benefits administration, reporting, compliance, vendor management, and employee education across a global workforce.

The ideal candidate has hands-on benefits administration experience, strong HRIS knowledge (Workday), and the ability to independently manage audits, reconciliations, and benefits-related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations or related function.
• Experience administering benefits programs, reporting, audits, reconciliations and compliance.
• Experience with Workday HRIS is required; ADP payroll systems are a plus.
• Experience supporting self-funded health plans and professional services environments is preferred.

Our client, a leading global architecture firm, is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join its HR team in New York City. This position will support employee benefits administration, reporting, compliance, vendor management, and employee education initiatives across a global workforce.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on benefits administration experience, strong HRIS knowledge, and the ability to independently manage audits, reconciliations, and benefits-related processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related function, required.
• Experience with administering employee benefits programs, benefits reporting, audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities, required.
• Experience with Workday HRIS, required.
• Exposure to ADP payroll systems, preferred.
• Experience supporting self-funded health plans, preferred.
• Experience within a professional services environment, preferred.

The salary for this role is $65K-$85K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
