Job summary

Aflac Montclair, NJ is seeking motivated individuals for an Insurance Agent role with full training provided. You’ll become a licensed benefits advisor, working with business owners and HR to design supplemental coverage for employees.

As an independent contractor, you control your schedule, locations, and earnings through commissions, bonuses, residuals, and stock. On-the-job training is provided, with pathways to licensing and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Be outgoing, entrepreneurial and motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with business owners and HR representatives.
• Willingness to obtain state licensing for life and health products.

Responsibilities

• Sales presentations, B2B management, enrollment and education on insurance products.
• Provide strategic solutions to clients and pursue entrepreneurial opportunities.
• Develop marketing strategy and generate leads for growth.
• Manage relationships with customers, business owners and staff.
• Lead and maintain customer relations and benefits expertise.
• Maintain state licensing where required.
