Responsibilities

• Sales: presentations, B2B management, enrollment, education on insurance products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: develop strategic client solutions.
• Develop marketing strategies and generate leads.
• Manage relationships with customers, clients and business owners.
• Lead and mentor client relationships and service delivery.
• Provide benefits expertise as enroller, counselor, and worksite liaison.
• Maintain state licensing where applicable.
