Aflac is actively seeking an Insurance Agent who will be trained from day one and operate in multiple locations across the United States. You will engage with business owners and HR reps to design supplemental coverage and value-added services, while building a personal client base and advisory practice.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial drive, flexible scheduling, and the potential for earnings through commissions, bonuses, residuals, and stock as you grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Be an advisor to business owners.
• Prior sales experience welcome, but not necessary.
• Maintain state licenses (Life/Health as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Sales - presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products
• Entrepreneurial ambitions – provide strategic and executable solutions to clients
• Marketing strategy and lead generation
• Customer/business owner relationships and service management
• Leadership and management of customer relationships
• Benefits expertise as enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, communication preferences
• Maintaining state licensing (may include Life and/or Health, other)
