Aflac is seeking an Insurance Benefits Advisor (Training Provided) to work with business owners and HR departments. You will present supplemental insurance options, enroll clients, and build long-term relationships in a local, field-based role.

The position emphasizes entrepreneurial initiative, leadership development, and a flexible schedule with uncapped earning potential through commissions and bonuses. Training is provided on onboarding and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales to business owners and HR for supplemental coverage and value-added services.
• Provide strategic and executable solutions to clients.
• Develop marketing strategies and generate leads.
• Manage customer, client, and business-owner relationships.
• Lead and manage ongoing relationships with customers.
• Provide benefits expertise as enroller and counselor.
• Maintain state licenses (Life/Health as applicable).
