You will work with business owners and HR reps to tailor coverage and benefits for employees. Ideal candidates are outgoing, entrepreneurial, and motivated, with no mandatory prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales: presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products
• Entrepreneurial mindset: provide strategic and executable solutions to clients

• Manage customer/client/business owner relationships
• Leadership and management of customer relationships
• Benefits expertise as enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, communication preferences
• Maintaining state licensing (Life/Health/etc)
