Job summary

TELCOR, a healthcare software company based in Lincoln, NE, is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join the Accounting department. This role manages self-funded medical, dental, STD plans, handles payroll deductions, and vendor interactions to ensure accurate benefits processing and reporting.

You will collaborate with TPAs, carriers, and internal finance to administer benefits, maintain records, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of self-funded plans and related regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment, eligibility, and payroll deductions with HR, TPAs, and vendors.
• Administer self-funded medical, dental, and STD plans; coordinate with carriers.
• Fund self-funded claims and reconcile to TPA reports.
• Prepare and maintain accurate benefit records and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with benefit laws and confidentiality.
