Job summary

Tebra is seeking a Senior Benefits Administrator to oversee health and welfare programs, including self-insured medical plans, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with HR Ops to ensure accurate funding, reporting, and enrollment management.

The role emphasizes ERISA/ACA/HIPAA expertise, strong data analytics, and clear employee communications to deliver a seamless benefits experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/finance related field.
• 5 years of direct health & welfare plan administration experience.
• Experience with self-insured/self-funded plans, stop-loss, TPAs, and PBMs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and strategic alignment of health and welfare plans.
• Manage self-insured medical plan performance, plan compliance, and vendor governance.
• Lead open enrollment, life events processing, disability/leave coordination, and COBRA activities.
