Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in benefits administration, including retirement plan oversight.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's in HR preferred.
• Experience with COBRA, ERISA, and regulatory compliance is desired.

Responsibilities

• Administer enrollment changes and terminations for all benefit programs.
• Serve as primary contact for employee benefits questions and education.
• Coordinate COBRA administration for medical and dental plans.
• Oversee retirement plan compliance with ERISA and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Maintain benefit records and support auditors and leadership.
• Communicate benefits updates and annual enrollment materials.
• Stay current on trends and best practices in benefits administration.
• Provide backup for Payroll functions.
• Assist with reports for auditors and regulators.
