Job summary

Cash-Depot-Ltd is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave administration. You will serve as the primary contact for employees on benefit questions and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

The role requires an Associate's degree and 2+ years of benefits experience, with proficiency in HRIS, payroll

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience with open enrollment and leave administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain all employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement).
• Manage enrollments, changes, qualifying life events, and terminations within deadlines.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and communications.
• Ensure accurate benefit deductions and payroll integrations.
