Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR Benefits Administrator in Bakersfield, CA, on-site to manage employee benefit programs, enrollments, and inquiries. You will collaborate with HR leadership, carriers, and vendors to ensure accurate enrollments, changes, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR or benefits administration, with solid knowledge of HR policies, confidentiality, and proficiency in HRIS and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, benefits administration, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits and applicable HR policies and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and other benefit programs.
• Coordinate new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, annual open enrollment, and benefit changes.
• Respond to employee benefit questions and work with carriers and vendors to resolve coverage or enrollment issues.
• Maintain accurate benefit records, process documentation, and support compliance requirements.
• Assist with benefit reporting, invoice reconciliation, employee communications, and other HR initiatives.
