This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of prior practical account management experience with a health and welfare carrier or broker is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client life-cycle deliverables with oversight from the Benefit Consultant.
• Develop strong client/vendor relationships.
• Research and respond to client inquiries/service-related issues independently.
