Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an experienced account management professional to lead client relationships in the health benefits space. You will oversee open enrollment, prepare detailed reports, and present benchmark analyses to clients using Excel and PowerPoint.

The role requires strong insurance knowledge, regulatory awareness, and the ability to collaborate with carriers and internal teams. A four-year degree is preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ account management experience in health/benefits.
• Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and disability plans.
• Familiar with HIPAA, COBRA and health reform regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client teams and manage open enrollment and plan communications.
• Prepare executive summaries, reports and benchmarking analyses.
• Develop client presentations with Excel and PowerPoint data.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors and internal teams to meet client goals.
