Job summary

Carroll Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced account manager to join our Health & Benefits team. You will manage an assigned portfolio of employee benefits clients, build strong relationships, and ensure a high level of service throughout the year.

You will take ownership of accounts, communicate proactively, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively to deliver a great client experience. This role is based in the United States and is not remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee benefits account management or related brokerage experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive client service orientation and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned employer groups and maintain client relationships.
• Manage renewal processes including carrier negotiations and presentations.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment activities and benefit administration platforms.
• Identify client needs and support account retention and issue resolution.
• Review benefit plans and enrollment materials for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Producers, carriers, vendors and internal teams to deliver solutions.

Education

Active Texas General Lines – Life & Health license
