Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in health and welfare carrier, broker, or HR/benefits.
• State-specific resident life and health license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client life-cycle with oversight to ensure successful retention of a Book of Business.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and other client-related projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client/vendor relationships.
• Review Open Enrollment materials and employee education communications.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve service-related issues independently.
