Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Business Insurance Senior Account Manager to manage a high-profile book and lead client service teams. You will expand relationships, coordinate renewals, and drive cross-sell opportunities, while mentoring staff and ensuring timely, accurate service.

With a five-year insurance background and an active 220 license, you will navigate complex client needs, communicate effectively, and partner with Producers. MMA offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Current 220 license.
• Strong client relations to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts.
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation.
• Ability to provide direction, feedback, and training to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Lead the client service team in service activities related to administration, billing, claims issues and problem solving.
• Coordinate renewal processes and present options to clients to gain renewal acceptance or market alternatives.
• Market and promote accounts to Producers; prepare information for presentations to clients.
• Oversee implementation, forms delivery, and relationship management meetings with clients.
• Mentor team members and coordinate internal/external activities to ensure timely handling of accounts.
• Stay current on product changes, law/regulatory updates, and carrier meetings.
