Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide service and drive growth.
• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers; prepare proposals.
• Resolve billing issues and mentor Client Service Associates on policy-checking and coverage knowledge.
