Qualifikationen

• 7+ years insurance experience in applicable insurance products/lines.
• Ability to evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow and financials; develop solutions; and present options to clients across product lines.
• Establishing growth and retention strategies for a book of business and monitoring implementation.
• Cultivating and expanding relationships with new and existing clients.
• Providing information, creative solutions and resolution of client issues.

• Lead service execution, build a client base, and utilize sales methodologies to effectively manage and expand clients.
• Develop growth and retention strategy for a book of business and monitor implementation.
• Prepare submission information and coordinate the marketing process.
• Market and negotiate coverage, terms and premium; foster carrier relationships.
