Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of related broker, benefits consulting, and/or carrier experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of health insurance and products is critical.
• HIPA A rules and ACA knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skilled in producing strong written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Develops strong client and carrier relationships to meet objectives and address concerns.
• Stays current on industry trends, products, and carrier developments to advise clients.
• Prepares marketing specifications and benefit/financial exhibits for presentations.
• Reviews client contracts for accuracy and facilitates enrollment meetings.
• Looks for new business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals.
