Job summary

LP Insurance Services is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Reno, NV to provide above-standard service to Clients, Producers and Account Executives. You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts and collaborate with a team to deliver comprehensive client services.

Maintain knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability coverages, advise on options, foster client relationships, prepare carrier marketing items and exhibits, and respond promptly to enrollment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance coverages, HIPAA rules and the ACA.
• 2–3 years’ Benefit experience with a broker or insurance carrier.
• Active Life & Health license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and work in a team environment to provide a full range of client services.
• Advise clients on coverage options, prepare carrier materials and financial exhibits, and present recommendations.
• Exceed client expectations by addressing enrollment questions, claims inquiries, and requests promptly.
• Coordinate carrier/client enrollment meetings as needed.
