Job summary

LP Insurance Services is seeking an EB Account Executive to manage assigned accounts and collaborate with the Account Manager and Producer to meet daily client service needs.

You will perform financial analyses, renewal/rate negotiations, account management, and build strong client-carrier relationships to support satisfaction, retention, and business goals.

The role requires knowledge of health insurance, HIPAA, ACA, and cross-selling opportunities within Employee Benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related broker, benefits consulting, and/or carrier experience or equivalent.
• Active Life and Health Agent/Broker License required.
• Knowledge of health insurance and products is critical.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong relationships with clients and carriers to address objectives and concerns.
• Stays current on industry trends and carrier developments to advise clients.
• Answers client questions, assesses objectives, and researches suitable solutions.
• Prepares benefit and financial exhibits for presentations and conducts carrier/client enrollment meetings.
• Reviews client contracts for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
