LP Insurance Services in Las Vegas is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to deliver above-standard client service to Clients, Producers and Account Executives. You will act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and collaborate within a team to provide a full range of employee benefits services.

The role emphasizes developing strong client relationships, advising on health coverage options, and ensuring accurate, timely communications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance coverages, HIPAA rules and regulations, and the ACA.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Benefit experience with a broker or insurance carrier.
• Experience in building good interpersonal and excellent client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for assigned accounts and collaborate within a team to provide a full range of client services.
• Provide above-standard customer service to Clients, Producers, Account Executives and coworkers.
• Coordinate enrollment meetings and prepare carrier marketing materials when needed.
