LP Insurance Services is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to deliver top-tier client service for assigned accounts within a team context. You will advise on coverage options, maintain client relationships, and coordinate enrollment meetings with carriers and producers.

The role requires knowledge of health insurance products, HIPAA, and an active Life & Health license, with a focus on accuracy and proactive communication to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance coverages and HIPAA rules.
• Experience building strong client relationships is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Life & Health license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-standard customer service to Clients, Producers, Account Executives, and coworkers as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Work in a team environment to deliver a full range of client services.
• Coordinate carrier enrollment meetings and prepare marketing items and exhibits for presentations.
• Evaluate proposals to present the best options for the client.
