Brown & Brown is seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Naples, FL or Ft. Myers, FL. You will manage client relationships, coordinate marketing renewals, and oversee employee benefits programs to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal solutions.

The role involves plan design, data analytics, vendor management, and collaboration with sales and service teams. A valid Florida Life & Health license (2-15) and 3+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Excel.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate and manage client marketing renewals and new business strategies.
• Oversee benefits administration including enrollment and eligibility management.
• Perform plan design and data analysis to guide benefits decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and manage vendor relationships.
