Brown & Brown, Inc. is hiring an Account Executive to join our Naples, FL team (Ft. Myers also available). You will manage employee benefits programs, design plans, and provide expert guidance to clients and producers, maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering strategic analyses.

The role requires strong client management, data analytics, and proficiency with MS Office; Florida Life & Health license (2-15) within 30 days of hire. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in account management or client services.
• Florida Life & Health Insurance license (2-15) within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain relationships.
• Oversee administration of employee benefits programs and enrollment.
• Design and customize benefit packages to align with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; manage benefit audits.
