Job summary

HUB International seeks an Account Executive to service a book of business around $2M revenue. You will deliver broker-services, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with Producers and Account Managers to retain accounts.

You’ll engage with C‑Level clients, tailor insurance programs, and collaborate across HUB to implement coverage and risk-control solutions, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Position requires Life & Health insurance license
• BA or BS degree preferred
• At least 7 years of experience servicing large EB accounts
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Serve as HUB’s primary consultant to the client and retain accounts
• Coordinate client relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Build relationships with C-Level executives for assigned HUB clients
• Demonstrate knowledge of client business and insurance exposures
• Oversee service delivery through policy cycle, risk control, coverage marketing, and renewals
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables to clients
• Assist in cross-selling and upselling HUB products and services
